Voice is Public Voice Communication Software for GNOME 42
Voice is a new Public Voice Communication Software being built on GNOME 42.
Voice will let you listen to and share short, personal and enjoyable Voicegrams via electronic mail and on the World Wide Web by GNOME executives, employees and volunteers. Ogg Vorbis is a patent-free audio codec that more and more Free Software programs, including GNOME Voice (https://www.gnomevoice.org/) have implemented, so that you can listen to Voicegram recordings with good/fair recording quality.
The second Voice 0.0.2 release with live microphone recording into $HOME/Music/GNOME.ogg and playback of Sondre Lerche (Honolulu, Hawaii) and Neil McGovern (Executive Director, GNOME Foundation) is available from https://download.gnome.org/sources/gnome-voice/0.0/gnome-voice-0.0.2.tar.xz
More information about Voice is available on https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Voice and http://www.gnomevoice.org/

Gingerblue Music Recording Software
This week I published a Master degree for an open source audio recording software project that immediately worked for 22 months on MacPorts and documented 22 weeks with the title
Public Audio Recording Software for Recording World Sounds
in writing for the degree
Master in Electrical Engineering, Informatics and Technology
at the Department of Physics, University of Oslo (May 1, 2022)
https://www.oleaamot.no/uio/master/Aamot,2022.pdf
and sent this information to the Electronics section at Department of Physics at University of Oslo.
I got a hint of the C character at the Bachelor's degree in Electronics and IT at Oslo Met by former university lecturer Tobias Andersen.

The programs include those described in hardware from Hewlett Packard, Lenovo and Apple.
This is from the introduction in Norwegian:

Introduksjon
I den første implementasjonen av grafisk lydopptaksprogramvare for
Multiple-Location Audio Recording, applikasjonen GNOME Gingerblue
valgt i lydsignalprosessering.
Multiple-Location Audio Recording, motivasjonen i denne oppgaven.
dataprogrammene GNOME Internet Radio Locator
(http://www.gnomeradio.org/) og GNOME Gingerblue
(http://www.gingerblue.org/) etter at jeg fulgte seminarene
Multimedia Coding and Transmission og Multimedia Coding and
(http://www.uio.no/).
Ole Kristian Aamot, Oslo, 1. mai 2022.
The new features provide DNS information in the metadata to be included in the content package in the Multiple-Location Audio Recording file, published XSPF list and XML document for implementation.
